Eviction Assistance Exclusively for Landlords

Over 30 Years of Experience
Assisting Landlords

Eviction Assistance was created in 1987, because we saw a need for affordable flat fee evictions for both Landlords and Master Tenants. With the climate of the economy today many landlords cannot afford the high cost of attorney fees, and too many Master Tenants have lost their rent controlled apartments because lawful roommates have not paid their rent, or created a nuisance, or for other violations of the Rent Ordinance. We have combined our years of experience and knowledge in San Francisco, and reduced those fees by 75%.

We proudly serve the entire Bay Area.

San Francisco, CA 07 6/12/2019 Close friends of ours who had an urgent, difficult and emotionally charged tenant-landlord issue, were referred to Frank Kim's office by Maria Shea of the San Francisco Apartment Association. None of us knew what to expect. First, we spoke with Jo in the morning and by that same afternoon we were meeting with Frank! At that first meeting with Frank, we were all warmly welcomed, and immediately, Frank called in a woman who spoke Cantonese to make sure all of his invaluable details regarding our friends rights and action options were clear to them. This was so important as our friends were not only skeptical of lawyers but uncertain how to exercise their legal rights and what to do. Listening to Frank clearly state their rights, possible courses of action and outcomes and noting his careful attention to our friend's concerns, really impressed us. So, about a year later, when we needed competent advice for our own tenant-landlord issue, we chose Frank to provide us with those services. Over the following one-year period, with minimal stress to us, Frank made sure that the legal option we chose to resolve our issue was implemented in a timely manner. Frank hit all the mandated legal benchmarks, provided us with the appropriate documentation and he was confident when we were confused. Most importantly, Frank was readily available when we had questions and concerns about our legal option. It's over now. We are so relieved. The process went smoothly thanks to Frank Kim.
